life is better when you’re aligned

Pain sucks! pain prevents you from doing the things you love...whether it's playing with your kids, going for a run, or maybe it’s just sleeping through the night. To put it simply back pain makes life difficult and it doesn't have to be that way! We're here to help!

Chiropractic care is a safe, all-natural and effective health solution to help you live a life of health and wellness. Chiropractors perform a full body assessment looking for joints that are fixated "locked up" or not moving properly. We then adjust these joints, helping the body regain normal movement and function.

Hi There, I’m Dr. Sheryl, co-owner of Aligned Chiropractic & Wellness.

My chiropractic journey started when I was just a kid. Growing up I watched my mom suffer with constant headaches. She would often spend the day in bed with the lights off just trying to deal with the pain. Then she started to get adjusted by a chiropractor…. everything changed. I got my mom back. I knew then that I wanted to help people just like that chiropractor helped my mom. It’s for this reason that although I love treating back and neck pain, I will always have a special place in my heart for patients suffering with headaches.

My philosophy is that life shouldn’t hurt…it’s really that simple! It’s this principle that lead me to open Aligned Chiropractic & Wellness. As a Chiropractor I know that I can’t solve everyone’s problems but when someone has a whole team of people putting their heads together, a solution can always be found! You should also know that when it comes to health care I’m a bit of a “greenie” I think less is more, I’m not a fan of drugs or surgery and I think the best doctor in the world is actually the one inside of you!

Jordan and I moved to Martensville 2 years ago, and it felt like home right from day 1. We have loved watching the community grow and are so excited we get to be apart of it. You should know that I’m obsessed with 3 things; running, my dog duke and donuts (it’s all about balance, right?) When I’m not in the clinic you’ll find duke and I tearing up the paths in kinsmen park (give us a wave as you go by) and in case you’re wondering sour cream glazed is the best donut flavor.

Hi, I’m Dr. Jadyn!

Growing up I always seemed to tag along with my family to chiropractic visits. Whether I was the one getting adjusted, or my parents were, I slowly started to learn more and more about this field. I took note of how much chiropractic helped my parents, my dad with a serious work-related back injury, and my mom with chronic headaches and migraines. When I was thinking about how much Chiropractic helped my parents, there then seemed like no other career path I’d want to take.

I was born and raised in Saskatoon, and attended the college of Kinesiology at the U of S. I furthered my education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota where I graduated with my Doctor of Chiropractic. I’m excited to be back home, and practicing doing what I love. In my free time, I love to travel and explore, play and watch sports, go to Candle lake, and spend time with my family and friends.

For me, chiropractic is simple, the better you move, the better you feel. I learned this quote from one of my first preceptors while interning, and it has stuck with me ever since. Your body is meant to move, so I want to help you do that as pain free as possible.

Three truths to better understand Chiropractic Care

  1. The nervous system controls every function in the body. It does this by acting as the communication highway between the brain and the body.

  2. When joints become stuck or misaligned they disrupt the flow of communication by the nervous system and cause dysfunction in the body.

  3. Pain is a sign of dysfunction somewhere in the body. A chiropractor’s job is to find the source of this dysfunction and correct it.
